Personal data we collect from you will be used for the purposes it was provided, including the following:

· In order for us to capture and store your video interview answers.

· In order for us to provide you with video interviewing services.

· In order to analyse and improve our product and service for users.

· In order to use it for marketing purposes of Xinterview.


Where Data Will Be Stored

Xinterview’s production data is processed and stored within Amazon Web Services (AWS), utilizing cutting-edge multilayer access, alerting, and auditing measures. All persistent data is encrypted at rest, employing industry-standard AES-256 algorithms to ensure the highest level of security.

In addition to AWS, we also leverage the Content Delivery Network (CDN) service provided by Cloudflare. This enhances the speed and performance of our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

Information Security

Xinterview is committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Personal Information. Retention Period

The duration for which Xinterview retains Personal Information and other data depends on the nature of the services for which the information was collected and the specifics of the information itself.

While the Retention Period may extend beyond the last interaction between you and the Platform, we retain data only for as long as necessary to address any issues arising from your relationship with Xinterview.

Once Xinterview no longer needs your Personal Information for routine business operations or if a business customer no longer requires your Personal Information and provides consent or requests deletion, we will take measures to destroy, delete, erase, or convert the information to an anonymous form without prior notice, including any backups.

Depending on the service package provided, Xinterview may delete various types of information, such as stored messages, interviews, videos, audio, other content, and records of your account, without prior notice.

In the event of account termination, Xinterview reserves the right to immediately and permanently delete all stored messages, interviews, videos, audio, other content, and records associated with your account without notice.

It’s important to note that the employer or staffing company to whom you provided information may be subject to retention requirements beyond Xinterview’s direct use of such information. In such cases, Xinterview will defer to the specific customer’s retention policies.

Sharing Data

We do not share any customer personal data or contact details with other organisations unless we have express written consent to do so.

Children (Under 16 years of age)

The Platform is not directed to children and children are not eligible to use our Platform without proof of consent from a parent or guardian. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. If we learn that a user is under 16 years of age and has not had consent from a parent or guardian, we will take steps to remove that user’s information from our databases and to prevent the user from utilising the Platform in future.

Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that Xinterview is solely a platform provider and does not participate in the interview, selection, or hiring of Candidates, which are the sole responsibility of the Employer, notwithstanding the use of the Platform for and in connection with such activities. It is the Employer’s sole responsibility to comply with all applicable laws regarding its use of the Platform for such activities, including but not limited to all applicable employment and hiring laws and regulations.

Xinterview shall not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by you as a result of any employment decision or breach of applicable laws and regulations by the Employer.

Xinterview shall not be liable for any loss of information howsoever caused as a result of any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or its services, or for the content, accuracy, or quality of content on or transmitted through the Platform.

Xinterview shall not be liable for any risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come into contact through the Platform, including but not limited to, the risk of physical harm, and you agree to assume all such risks if you decide to initiate such contact with other users of the Platform.

Nothing on the Platform is considered our endorsement, representation, or warranty with respect to any user or third party, whether of its reputation, websites, products, services, hiring, experience, employment, or recruiting practices, or otherwise.
