With the XInterview Zapier integration, you can automate and optimize your hiring workflow by connecting XInterview to thousands of applications available on Zapier. Whether you’re managing candidate applications, communicating with team members, or tracking interviews in a database, this integration will streamline your processes.

Getting Started with Zapier and XInterview

Before setting up, you will need:

1. A Zapier account
2. An active XInterview account
3. An API Key generated from your XInterview account

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Generate an API Key in XInterview

To connect Zapier to XInterview, you’ll need an API key:

1. Log in to your XInterview account.
2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > API Keys.
3. Click the “Generate New Key” button.
   
   • Name the API key for easy identification (e.g., “Zapier Integration”).
4. Copy the API key provided.

2. Connect XInterview to Zapier

1. Log in to your Zapier account.
2. Go to the Zapier Dashboard and click “My Apps” from the menu.
3. Click “Add connection” and search for XInterview.
4. When prompted, paste the API key you generated in XInterview into the field.
5. Click Save to connect XInterview to Zapier successfully.

3. Create Your First Zap

Now that XInterview is connected, you can create Zaps (automations). Follow these steps:

1. In Zapier, click on the “Create Zap” button.
2. Search for XInterview as the trigger app.
3. Choose a trigger event, such as:
   
   • “New Candidate Submission”
   • “Invite a Candidate”
4. Add an action step from one of over 5000+ Zapier-supported apps like Gmail, Slack, or Google Sheets.
5. Configure and test the Zap to ensure it works as expected.
6. Turn your Zap on!
